COLD,FLU, I NEED HELP

oh MY todaY HAS BEEN THE WORST IN 6 MONTHS . I COULDNT EVEN HARDLY GET OUT OF BED . my eyes jus****er and burn . my nose is so stuffy i cant breathe or taste anything i eat ... my eating today has been terible only because dh is at work i am sick as well as 2 of my kiddos . so i just grabbed 1 a piece of choclate cake ... bad , and left over pork chop , and a few bites of tuna .. . and about 6 mms . i havent had but a few bites of sweets in all my 6 months . .. no i didnt get sick but i didnt have alot either . anyway . what kind of medicines can i take for this sinus problem .... just not sure what we can and cant take

Sherri, I took Sudafed Sinus/cold gel tablets, Afrin nose spray, sugar free cough drops, lot of hot tea, hot steam (I use my facial steamer and just breathe in the steam each hour) and of course tylenol. Just hang tight. It will get better! Feel better! Bunny
