FOOD and EXERCISE Tuesday

B~1 cup chocolate Carb Countdown L~1/2 cup minestrone soup, 2 breadsticks (and believe it or not, there actually WAS protein in my meal!) D~Ham and turkey on toasted thick bread with cheese S~1 oz cheese stick, 1 apple Calories: 1051 Protein: 51 Exercise: Treadmill for 30 minutes, weight lifted for 45 minutes (although I don't count it as a full 45 on fitday) Not too shabby a day for me. A bit high on the carbs, but then, have you ever known me to actually count carbs? Scale had me at 275, so the water is starting to give way. By next week, maybe I'll be down to 270. I hope so! Yogurt Smoothie -80 5 100 Calorie Nabisco Crackers 2 1 Egg 100 10 1/2 ounce cheese 100 1/2 slice rye toast 50 2 Yogurt Smoothie 80 5 Crackers 100 2 3-4 oz ground beef 150 20 w/ veggies s/f licorice 50 1 2 s/f creamsicles- 50 cal ( popsicle size) 1/2 c wanton soup 150 1/4 rice s/f pudding 50 5 1000 Cal- 45 gm Protein- Probably not done for the night... its a hungry day.

B: Carb Countdown yogurt with Isopure protein powder S: strawberries and 1/4 banana L: 1 oz mozzarella cheese and 6 soy crackers S: Unjury protein powder in lemonade D: Egg Beaters omelet with some ground beef and mozzarella cheese S: Q-smart bar Totals: Calories: 594, Fat: 15, Carbs: 25, Protein: 82 Got in about 55 oz. fluids No exercise - gotta get going on that!
