FOOD and EXERCISE Wednesday
Started out good, went sour. It was one of those "bottomless pit" days that I have every month.
B~3/4 cup Special K, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 banana
L~leftover chicken with veggies (MAYBE 1/2 cup)
D~2 slices of bread with 3 slices of bacon, 1/4 cup of pasta with bacon
S~1/2 cup Carb Countdown chocolate, 1/2 an apple with 1tbs peanut butter, 1oz string cheese, 1 cup hot tea with a biscotti cookie
Exercise? Ummm...nope.
Tomorrow I'm subbing, so food should be much better for me, as I cannot snack all day long.

Snack: cheese and CarbCountdown milk
L: mac N cheese
Snack: protein shake I made (50.5 g protein!)
Supper: ham and potato casserole
Calories: 1175
Fat: 44 (34%)
Carbs: 99 (31%)
Fiber: 10
Protein: 99
That protein shake really bumped up my calories,but also bumped up my protein. So that was good! No formal exercise, but I cleaned out cabinets yesterday, so was busy a good part of the day.

Had a pretty good day yesterday, but unfortunately no formal exercise. I found a new bar called Q-Smart, and they are really good!
B: 1/2 South Beach cinnamon bar
S: Glenny's soy crackers with cream cheese
L: Tuna salad made with FF mayo
S: Carb Countdown RS yogurt (1/2 container) and 1/2 scoop Isopure protein
D: 2 turkey meatballs with 1 oz mozzerella and spaghetti sauce
S: Q-Smart PB Choc chip bar
Totals: 594 calories, 18 fat, 21 carb, 74 protein
Fluids: 60 oz.
Exercise: none
