not sure what im doing but i always seem to second guess myself but i guess im just doing the right thing. i follow the plan to the t for the most part but other then that .... thanks for the confidence 59 lbs is nothing to sneer about iknow befofe the surgery i couldnt lose even 2 lbs so keep up the good work and god bless Stacy 232/149/140
