6 Month Weigh in

Hello fellow july babies I just wanted to let the world now because I'm super excited that as of today I have lost 177lbs in 6 months.. Yes you read that correctly 177lbs in 6 months

This is just fantastic. I'll bet you feel great, too. I used to kid with my husband when he was at -150 pounds that he "lost a whole Back Street Boy". Can you imagine lifting 177 pounds and carrrying that around every day! I'll bet your knees are happy with the smaller you, too! Are you getting close to goal yet? I'll bet you've had to buy a bunch of new clothes, too. You must be very proud! WAY TO GO!! Diana
