Just stumbled accross this board!! How great to meet other July people!

I am happy to find this board. Today is my 6 month anniversary!! I can't believe it. I have lost 75 pounds. I know that is low compared to others which really bums me out, but I have gone from a 24/26 to a 16!! That really makes me happy. I would like to be in on the valenitine challenge too. I know I'm a week late on this but I'll try my best. Hope to make some great friends on this site. Michelle 307/232/???

Welcome Michelle! Nice to meet you! I've kinda been a slow loser too, it used to really bum me out, but I think I've finally come to grips with it and stopped comparing myself. Welcome!! I'm another sorta slow loser I suppose: 72 lbs in just under 6 months. I'm thrilled! Without this surgery, I definitely would not have lost these 72 lbs and probably would've been heavier!
