DON'T FORGET THE INCHES!!!!
HAPPY SIX MONTH ANNIVERSARY TO EVERYONE! I JUST WANTED TO REMIND EVERYONE ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO FEEL THAT THEIR WEIGHT LOSS IS SLOW THAT YOU COULD BE LOSING INCHES INSTEAD SOME WEEKS! I FELT THE SAME WAY FOR A WHILE,UNTIL I FINALLY SAW A
PATTERN. I WOULDN'T LOOSE A SINGLE POUND FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS AT A TIME, BUT MY CLOTHES STARTED FITTING DIFFERENTLY IN CERTAIN PLACES. SURELY BY THAT THIRD WEEK WHEN I WOULD GET ON THE SCALE, I HAD LOST AT LEAST SIX TO EIGHT POUNDS AND HAD GONE DOWN ANOTHER PANT SIZE. I PROBABLY WOULD'VE GONE DOWN A SHIRT SIZE' BUT UNFORTUNATELY I'M ALWAYS GOING TO BE WELL ENDOWED UP TOP. DON'T GET ME WRONG, THEY DID GO DOWN SOME, BUT THE CUP SIZE IS HERE TO STAY. SO DON'T GET DISCOURAGED. THE SCALE ISN'T THE ONLY WAY TO MONITOR YOUR WEIGHT LOSS. MEASURE YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU MAY HAVE LOST IN YOUR THIGHS, WAIST HIPS, BUTT,OR EVEN YOUR BACK. I'VE GONE FROM A SIZE 26/28 TO A 14/16 IN SIX MONTHS AND IT FEELS GREAT! IT ALSO FEELS A LITLLE WEIRD SOMETIMES ESPECIALLY WHEN I LOOK IN THE MIRROR. MANY DAYS I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT IT'S ME. JULY 2004 BABIES KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK!!!!
