B~Never got around to it
L~2 oz meatloaf, small baked potato
D~1/2 fried chicken breast (homemade), 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1/4 cup carrots
S~1 slice white bread with 1tbs peanut butter and 1 slice swiss cheese
Calories: 786
Carbs: 67
Protein: 60
Exercise: 30 minutes on the treadmill, then did some weight lifting machines for about 15 minutes.

Hello!
Here's the breakdown of my Wednesday:
Breakfast- protein bar and 1/3 cup of coffee (still gotta have a little)
Lunch -1 slice (about 4 oz) ham + 1 oz cheese
Snack - no sugar added ice cream
Supper - Grouper & salad
Also had 2 four ounce glasses of milk + plus my water
Calories: 1003
Carbs: 52
Protein: 102
Exercise: 2 mile Walk the Walk (WATP) DVD.
Note: this is the most calories I've eaten since surgery! My average is more like 740 or something.
B= 1/2 cup oatmeal with splenda and 1/4 carbcountdown milk
L= 1 hard boiled egg and 1/2 cup vegie broth
D= 3 bites of ground beef and a few pecans
Fluids= about 50 oz all together ....its hard to get them all in on the days I work!!!
Exercise= I pulled a 12 hour shift today ..........thats enough exercise for me today

Not a very good day for protein or calories ~
B: the usual - Carb Countdown FF milk with 1/4 scoop Isopure 0 carb protein powder
L: 8 Glenny's Soy Chips with 2T cream cheese
S: 4T ricotta cheese with cool whip
D: Boca Burger with 1/4 Sahara Carb Control wrap (if that...it didn't sit very well) and 1T shredded cheddar cheese, a bit of onion, lettuce and ketchup
S: 1/2 scoop of Unjury in lemonade.
Totals: 520 cal, 19 fat, 27 carb, 55 protein
Fluids: Got it about 65 oz.
Exercise: Did the Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile workout
