Confessions of a drama queen...
Well, I have been pretty bad, making bad food choices, not drinking my water, not taking vitamins consistently, or even exercising at all... My house is a mess, and I gained 4 lbs. I am a very slow loser, so those 4 lbs. took me over 3 weeks to lose, and only 1 week to put back on! No, I won't dare ask where they came from. I know very well I put them back in my body all by myself! I emailed my personal trainer and told her I need to start up with her again, cuz I have lost focus completely!
I am determined to change my attitude and choices, but a big kick in the rear end from you guys is welcome, I deserve it!
Today I went ice-skating with my 6 year-old. I also signed up for dressage lessons, which I had abandoned years ago. I will buy some work out clothes and will show up at the gym I pay monthly but have only attended a hand full of times... I am so scared I am reverting to old habits and will completely eat my way out of WLS! I hear about people that gain all the weight back and I get so scared!
Please guys, KICK ME into gear!!

LOL you'd better get back to the gym girlfriend or those batwings will become a permanant fixture. LOL Do you even have batwings???
You are doing pretty good from the looks of things, those damn holidays really messed with us all. Try not to beat yourself up too bad, as I have said before, that is one of the main things that probably helped us put on the weight to start with.
LOL Now get your butt to the gym tomorrow!!!

Vivi - you've said it all yourself! You know where you've gone wrong and you know what you have to do to fix it!
A lot of us were in the same boat after the holidays - I gained two lbs. which was tough for me to have to lose again! I find I have to get into a zone and really stay focused. Once I'm there, I feel pretty strong.
We're doing a thread where you put down everything you ate the day before and what exercise you do. It sort of helps to keep us focused. And how about joining the Valentine's Day challenge?
You can get back on track and I know you will!!!

Although I haven't gained any back, I sure haven't been losing a lot either! I really think that the holidays threw us off. I also had all but quit exercising and not drinking enough water. I also noticed that those darn delicious carb foods were rearing their ugly heads again . So now that I'm back to work (I had 2 weeks off), I can refocus. It seems much easier when I'm occupied. We can do this! Keep your head up and get back on track.
P.S. I hit the gym last night for the first time in a month....and it actually felt good

Thank you SO MUCH everyone, I jumped on the scale this moring and looks like I went down 2 lbs. overnight... so those 4 bs. I gained turned into 2. I WILL exercise tonight! I had no carbs for brkst and will have 1/2 of a banana for a snack, Wendy's chilli for lunch, and some low carb/ low fat yogurt for an afternoon snack. Dinner will be grilled chicken and some veggies. Before bed snack: SF creamcicle!
I WILL drink water today and I WILL take my vitamins!
