Valentine's Day Challenge
Yes, count me in! I was 5 lbs. short from making my December goal. but I am going to really work at this goal & MAKE IT!!! And by losing that 15 lbs. I would only have 17 more to go to reach my goal weight! I CAN DO THIS!!! WE ALL CAN DO THIS!
1-4-05 172 lbs.
2-14-05 157 lbs. OMG! that would be wonderful!

Alright, I am in this time! Today (really, yesterday): 152. Valentines day goal: 137. Wow, that would put me in the century club, which really doesn't seem real to me! That would also put me at only 9 pounds above my ultimate goal. It kind of seems unrealistic for me to shoot for 15 lbs, so I am going to shoot for 10lbs. Last month I lost 9lbs, and I feel like I am slowing down quite a bit, so, I am definitely going for a 10lb loss.
Now: 152
V-day: 142
Time to rock and roll!

As usual, I'm a little late getting in, but I want to be part of the challenge. I have not lost anything in the past month, so maybe this will help me watch my intake and choices more closely.
My weight on January 3, 2005 was 285, goal for Valentine's Day is 270 (I haven't weighed that little in almost 20 years). I will work hard at it.

I've been out of town... I'm definitely in..... The Christmas challenge really helped to jumpstart me again. The V-Day challenge is just what the doctor ordered.
I went home to Maryland for the holidays and didn't need to use an extended seat belt on the plane and I was able to leave the armrests down!!
I'm psyched.... Let's do this!!!

Denise - that is so neat about not having to use the seat belt extenders!! Things like this really make us realize what a blessing this surgery has been!! WooHo!!
