What an awesome day for me!!! B~1 slice swiss cheese, 2oz turkey L~1/2 cup of chili D~1/4 cup white rice, 1/2 cup (or so) of chicken/veggies S~1 packet oatmeal Calories: 723 Protein: 51 Carbs: 76 Exercise: 25 minute walk with my daughter and dog, up and down a couple of nice-sized hills. Pamela stuck at -74, but I think that scale is going to move!

Hi Pam , Breakfast - Chocolate Unjury w/ 8 oz skim milk (28) - 170 cal Snack - 8 cubes 2% cheese (9) - 100 cal Lunch - Chocolate Unjury w/ 8 oz skim milk (28) - 170 cal Snack - .5 oz honey roasted peanuts (3) - 80 cal Dinner- 3 oz sirlon steak 1/4 cup cabbage (26) - 150 cal Snack - SF Popsicle, H2O - 54 oz Decaff Tea - 24 oz (I am now in love w/ peppermint tea) 670 cal 94 grams protein 37 grams carbs Tomorrow, I will have to up my calories. I know I didn't eat enough calories, but I haven't really felt like eating anything else today. ~Shelly

Today was okay I guess...... B- two low carb pancakes L- bad girl didnt eat D- 5 little chicken sausage links I'll get in a protein shake in a bit. Thats right at 63 grams of protein, not great but not too bad. I'm just not hungry. So hard to eat when you dont want too. Michelle -101

I was still feeling sick today, so didnt eat like I usually do. B: Skipped...I always skip on Sunday morning because we leave for church to early. L: half of a salad with chicken in it. ( ate all of the chicken) D: carb countdown yogurt I didnt even get in all of my water today and that is very unusual for me. Didnt excersise either today...not feeling good. ~Debra

Did pretty good yesterday, but I have to get the calories up a bit. B: Carb Countdown 2% choc milk with 1/4 scoop Isopure protein powder L: 6 Glenny's soy chips with 1/2 slice cheddar cheese; 1/4 oz Turkey Jerky S: 4T ricotta cheese with Splenda and vanilla D: Turkey Meatloaf, 1 oz FF mozzarella cheese, 1/4 c Ragu spaghetti sauce S: Unjury with lemonade Totals: Calories: 564, Fat: 17, Carbs: 22, Protein: 75g Fluids: 71 oz. Exercise: Walked 2.5 miles over two walks Hugs, Nancy -84
