Hernia and Exercise

Hey guys, I found out last week that I have a hernia on my incision line. Does anyone know of any exercise / weight training things I can do that will not aggrevate my hernia? Thanks.

my doctor told me to stop doing crunches i was most concerned with my stomach so i still walk and i still do everything i was doing before... just no crunches mine doesnt hurt though it just sticks out like an alien or somthing... anyway i go back to him in feb and we will talk about repairing it i will update more then Stacy 232/150/140 -82

Hey Stacy, Good luck on the follow-up. I have been told by my doctor to do no situps or crunches and limit weights to 50 pounds, but increase repetitions. Hope all is well with you.
