Since no one posted, I thought I would before the day was over! B - 5 oz. Carb Countdown 2% and 1/4 scoop Isopure 0 carb protein powder L - 6 soy chips with 1 T roasted pepper hummus and 1T cheddar cheese spread S - 1 scoop Unjury in lemonade; 1/2 1 carb Hershey chocolate bar D - 1.5 oz Filet Mignon (didn't sit very well), shrimp ****tail Dessert - 4T ricotta cheese mixed with 1T cream cheese, Splenda and vanilla Totals: Cals: 585, Fat: 25, Carbs: 17, Protein: 71 Exercise: Walked 1.5 miles Fluids: 72 oz. I havent been feeling well since Thursday. Yesterday I had B:Isopure Protien Drink L:Mandarin Chicken salad from Carls Jr. (Only at the chicken) D:2 bites of chicken enchiladas. (Still wasnt feeling good) Today so far all I've had is water and a few crackers to try to get rid of this nausea im having. ~Debra

I didn't do well for New Year's Eve. Started out all right, but then went to dinner and to a party and ate things I shouldn't have. Actually, it was really only the party that was bad...but it was fun! Pamela -74
