A look back at 2004 Where are you?
Nancy,
Thanks for the suggestion. I have a treadmill in my cellar that I can use. I should have been more specific in my message. I get bored easily just walking on the treadmill...even with a radio playing. I have thought about getting a little tv to put in the workout center I have in my basement...it might keep me on the equipment longer!
I prefer to walk outside, with my dog, it's far more interesting and the time just flies by! However, if I can't do that, I'd rather walk indoors in a mall or someplace like that where the view will be ever-changing and interesting.
I think I'm going to have to invest in a little tv.
Thanks for the suggestion though.
Happy New Year!
Ann
Tami,
I started at 257, currently at 184, 73 pound less of me. My goal is to lose 83 by my 6 month 1/27. Sounds like an arbitrary goal, but it is the weight of my Bloodhound/Shepherd mix, so a weight that I'll have a definite visual display! Everytime she jumps on me, I think, oh my, I used to have that much more force behind me!!!
Happy New Year!

Hi there and Happy New Year.
I started at 355 the day of surgery. Today I weight 256 pounds. 99 pounds gone forever. To think January 28 of 2004 I weighed 388 pounds!!! I'm thankful for the weight I have lost prior to surgery and most definately feel blessed for the weight I've lost since surgery, I still however had 120 pounds to goal!

I had surgery on July 12, 2004, I started at 344 and am now 220. I feel great and am looking forward to the new year and the continued weight loss!!!!!! Happy New Year to all and keep up the wonderful work, most of the other people in america are making new years promises to loose weight that they have continued to gain over the last year. Let's all be happy with our lose and move forward to even more!!!!!!
