New Year's Resolutions!

Wow, it is a little difficult making my resolution list this year. I have always had "Lose Weight" in the #1 spot! The surgery is taking care of that, so that really can't be a real resolution. So my resolutions this year are in support of the new me! 1. Get in all my protein....EVERY DAY! 2. Take all my vitamins and supplements...EVERY DAY! 3. Some form of exercise every day. 4. To update my journal more often. 5. To enjoy the new me! What are your resolutions? Patti

I guess mine would be pretty close to yours - protein, exercise, and fluids. I think I might also try not eating after 9 PM. I tend to be a night eater - I could go the whole day with only fluids, but when I finallly sit down at night and flip on the TV, I become an eating machine!! I think I'm also going to work on my patience. I'm finding myself more and more impatient, whether it be in the car or on the line at the supermarket, and I don't like that feeling too much!
