Crazy little pouch!
yep..same here for me. I also don't dump ever- and have only puked once in a while. But what happens is I get lots of rumbling and
grumbling in my stomach and gas that travels back and forth inside of me like a tennis ball in the middle of a Wimbleton match. Then there is
that wonderful feeling just as though someone wedged a two-by-four
up under my shoulder blade and impaled me front to back. Thats when
I know that I have really blown it. The pouch is more than grouchy...
its furious!!
Seriously though I think it all depends on how much food is still being
digested from the day before, how hungry you are the next day. At
least thats the way it is for me.

I also have a grouchy pouchy. I have never dumped but I have not had ANYTHING with sugar in it since surgery. I also eat no pasta, rice or bread. i will eat occasional stuffing or potatoes but rarely. Some days I get sick on every other meal like yesterday. I finally went to Rubios fresh grill and got a side of pinto beans(not refried) and ate and ounce or two. Today all Ive had is 2 cups of tea with milka nd splenda, my protein drink (@35gms protein), h20 and a starbucks latte with sugar free vanilla and soy milk...plus meds and vitamins. I will try my beans again later with some stemed carrots and see how that goes. The one thing I do eat every night before going to bed is some crackers and that keeps me from being nauseous in the morning.

I pretty much eat whatever I want just small portions. I'm afraid to try stuff with regular sugar! I figure if I don't know for sure if it's gonna make me dump it's for the better. I mostly eat sugar free stuff and sometimes get the runs from certain ones. The highest I've gone with sugar was 9 grams. I had such a craving for a Krispy Kreme it wasn't even funny but the fear of getting really sick keeps me totally away from it...Take care...Susie
