Anyone still have to lose 100+
Hi bobby!
Your doing such a wonderful job with your weight loss! Try not to think of the number of pounds you have till goal, but look at how much you have accomplished since you started this journey!
I have over 100 lbs to lose as well till goal, but I don't think I even know what that goal is yet! I just want to be healthy!

Yep, that would be me. But I was just wondering (anyone can respond), does that kind of scare you? I mean, the first 100 came off pretty quick and actually, I've been stuck on the same weight for a week and a half now and that's the longest stretch ever for me. Although I must admit that with the extra holiday goodies here and there and the lack of exercise, it's no wonder. I'm looking forward to getting back in the swing of things. Maybe a few of us should keep in touch because I think the next year will be more of a challenge for us.

To reach my "content goal," I need to lose 78 more. I would be content to weigh 200lbs because physical limitations would be at a minimum.
To reach the high end of my "healthy goal," I need to lose 128lbs more. 150 is my healthy target weight.
To reach my "ultimately happy and healthy goal," I need to lose 143lbs. 135 is exactly perfect for my height.
But as long as I lose at least another 78 by next Christmas, I will consider this surgery a success!

Thanks everyone. It is nice to know that I am not alone. We are all doing such a great job, though. WLS is so amazing.
How has everyone's health been? My sleep apnea is folds better. My edema is getting better. I am able to walk more than a couple of blocks now. I'm not trying to fall asleep all day long. I can climb stairs. I can sit in a booth. I can go to the movies. I'm going to the Peach Bowl in Atlanta at the end of the week. It is truly just a blessing and I am very thankful for the chance I have been given again.
Here's to continued success and health!!!
Hey Bobby,
How are you?! I still have about 100 more to lose also. I've lost 90 so far but it seems the past 2 weeks i've eaten just about EVERYTHING! Nothing makes me sick anymore and I hate that. Not even sugar! I can eat and drink anything. I hate I ever got started. I just hope I can get back on the wagon.
Take care of yourself!
