I'm three pounds away, but I'm very happy with that. I started the challenge at 206 lbs. and am now 194 lbs. - in that time I moved into Onderland, so that was good enough for me!!! Congratulations to all of us!! Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year to all!! Hugs, Nancy -83

I met my goal of 278 as of last Friday. My guess is that I might be down another pound or two, but it is too cold to go to the gym to find out (that is the scale I use to officially weigh on). Pamela -74

Well I didn't make the 15 lbs but I am down 9 lbs just 6 short and for me that's good!! So I'm happy and I saw my dr and he seems to think I'm doing ok too. I see my cardiologist after the first of the year so we'll see where my cholestrol levels and so forth are I'm betting they are good !! Just think where we will be one year from now or even on our July anniv. As the song goes "Have yourselves a Merry little Christmas" !! Sue

i will probably not lose 100 lbs but i am now at 150 and thrilled to pieces i thought i was going to stay at 157 forever i am happy at this weight so how do i taper off?? any suggestions? Stacy 232/150/140?
