My daugther has a surgery date

My daughter just got a call today she will have RNY-LAP on Jan 11th. She will start at about the same weight I did and will have the same surgeon. I'm happy and scared all at the same time. She is thrilled but I've read so many profiles where people had complications and almost died and I'm scared. Hope I can calm my nerves and support her on the big day! .. Sue

Very well said Erika!! Sue, I know how you feel. I know what a wonderful blessing this surgery has been for me. 2 of my friends have had surgery since me and even though I did well I worried to death until I knew they were ok. Now I am thrilled they are enjoying the health I am. Tell your daughter she is in our thoughs and prayers. Please let us know how she does after surgery!! Tara 305/214/170 -91
