About another 4 pounds lost last week....Think part of the reason I lost more last week then the past couple of weeks was I really worked hard on eating 3 times a day and getting in at least 50 grams of protein (Wish I could make it more...but no room...)
82 pounds gone....18 more to go and I will be at my goal weight. (Doctor set a lower goal weight then I have chosen....)

Hi Spyder,
I'm hoping that your "weekly" post will get me out of the bad habit of daily weighing. I'm down 1 pound this week for a total of 70. In 10 more pounds, I will have lost the weight of my pup - a german shepherd/bloodhound mix. When I consider her size, I just have to say wow!
