New frontier
Today I walked farther at one time than I have in over 4 years. I walked 
from my daughter's quilt shop home without any supplemental oxygen and I did not stop to rest at all. When I got home I checked my oxygen saturation and it was 93%. I am so jazzed. Oh, it was only 3/4 of a mile, but it is an accomplishment. I can't believe I have come so far in less than 6 months. I am at a plateau right now, but things will start to move again and how can I complain. How blessed am I.

I know you have had a lot of obstacles to overcome and it makes me really happy to hear that you're doing so well!! Hey, 3/4 of a mile is like a marathon when you've had trouble taking a few steps...right???
