It's dropping time again....
Ok, a few weeks ago I was having a rough patch. I wasn't losing and I was so worried. I am here to tell you all that you do start losing again and its several pounds at a time. I stepped on the scales today and weighed in at 201!! Holy Crap!! I was stalled at 206-208 for about 2 1/2 weeks or more. Was it my new 5 day a week workout schedule that made the difference???
I don't know what started my body back to losing but whatever it was I have thanked it a million times.
I have also been really down with my allergies lately so maybe the lack of eating, but drinking more soups has helped to break the stall.
Anyway, I thought I would share and put your minds at ease about the dreaded stalls. It does get better!

Tami, I'm glad your plateau is over!!
I sometimes seem to do the same as you - I stall at a certain weight for 10 - 14 days and then one day I am magically 3 or 4 lbs. down!

It's almost magical, isn't it?
I'll go for a couple of weeks battling a couple of pounds, and then poof, 6lbs have disappeared, sometimes overnight, sometimes over the course of a week.
The stalls still suck, though...Glad you've made it through yours!
