I'm only down 1 lb. this week. I've got six more to go - don't think I'll make it but I'm sure gonna try!!

I'm down 10 pounds since we began this challenge. I'm really working hard on this and I'm glad it is here for me to focus on. This is usually the most difficult time of year for me to get thru. I HATE going to the grocery store because I don't want to even see the baked goods and candy that attack my senses at every turn.
I live in the Lake Michigan Snow Belt and we've been socked in with Lake Effect Snow. When the stuff stops falling/blowing I can begin working off some fat by snow shoveling a bit. I probably will have to get the little snow blower out this afternoon too. An, winter. You've got to love it this time of year.....unless you have to drive.
Good luck to everyone.

As of Sunday I weighed 219, which brought me within 4 lbs of my Christmas goal. When I stepped on the scale this morning it said 216lbs!! I'm afraid it is a fluke but well see what it says tomorrow. If that is the case I will have 1lb left!!
My new goal!!!....If I meet this Christmas goal I will have lost 90lbs all together. My next goal will be 100lbs by my birthday 1/18. What a wonderful birthday gift. We'll see!!!

Only 1 lb lost this week... however, I'm only 3 lbs away from the 15 lb. challenge. This is a tough time of year. I don't dump and I'm surrounding by the goodies at work, church, etc. This challenge has helped some, but oh how hard it is to stay away from what's not good for ya!!!
