i am down 8 pounds this week i am 205 as of today

HI JUly Babies! I started out at 293.. now I am 218 thats 75 lbs!!! whoo hooo size 18 from size 26 feel 100% better thats about 50% of the weight i need to loose Now.. confession time....................... I dont exercise .. but I really need to .. thats my chirstmas/ newyears resolution!! Im going to check out the gym tomorro .. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Dawn

Man you guys are a bunch of losers! Tuesday is my 5-month anniversary. Amazing, nearly 100 pounds gone in just 5 months! Thanks to God for this wonderful tool! Anyways, I lost a couple of pounds this week. Starting weight: 338 Weight today: 245 Total lost: 93 (7 more before Christmas!) Keep up the great work you guys!
