I thought that since I am a July '04 baby, that I might post it here too on Sundays... if that's OK with the other July's! ------------------- Today is the weekly Sunday weigh-in. Weigh yourself now, and let us know how much weight you lost this week, and/or how much weight you have lost so far in your journey! This week, I've lost 4.5 pounds, for a total of 85 pounds since July 14, 2004. Let's hear from you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And remember... no matter how much you've lost, you are a real looser!

Lost 5lbs this week, and got down to 283. All of a sudden, things are picking up again. I'm kind of liking this!

First off....Spyder you look MAHVELOUS!! I lost another 3 lbs this week!! I am excited because AF is knocking her ugly self at my door. I am really hoping to hit my Christmas goal. I need 7 more lbs and I want to buy size 16!! Tara 305/222/170 -83lbs
