Plateau??
I am 21 weeks out and here is my question.
I was 206 last week, now the scales are jumping between 210 and 208?? Since last week I started trying to get in more water and now this. Could this be the result of the added water or am I stuck? I just started at the gym today and I know that usually brings the weight up a few pounds for about a week or so. I expect a bit of a gain from workout repair, but what is happening with this scale yo-yo thing??
On a better note, I am still losing size.

I had the same problem at that same weight. I hovered between 206 and 210 for what seemed like forever, and then for some reason, I started to lose again. I don't know what causes plateaus or what breaks them, but I do know that eventually they will pass.
