I'm down 2 lbs. my first lose in the whole month of Nov. I hope this is good omen 13 to go ! The pounds didn't go down much this month but my clothes got bigger.

You all are doing just wonderfully!!! I am so proud of each and every one of you. I would like to be at 200 or less by Christmas so that means I have only.....5 pounds to go!!! I had a hard November was on a major plateau, but over Thanksgiving I lost 5 pounds so I broke it. I can defently tell a HUGE difference in my clothing. I started in a very snug 26/28 and now am in a 14-16!!! I am so proud of all of us!!! We can do anything that we set our minds too!!! Much Love, Mitchs Sunshine -80!!!!!!!!

I am down one pound since we started this! What a time for my first plateau to hit! I am not discouraged..because I know I am still doing everything right...well, ok..I could be drinking some more water...but heck...that is my neverending problem! I do feel thinner...wonder if my weight could be "shifting"...??
