Dr's Appt
Well I had my 3rd Doctors Appt yesterday.
I have lost 60 pounds according to his scales but 65 according to mine. I am happy either way. My next appt is not for 6 months. He said that I am loosing great and that I am right on track. The only thing he got me for was my calorie intake. I am probably only taking in 600-650 calories a day. He said that with my sugar droping and feeling tired that I need to up my calories to at least 700-750. He said that 1100 calories would be the max that I needed. I also asked him about my hair loss and he said that it was my protein intake. I know that I am not getting in the amount that I need. He said that I could supplement with Protein Shakes but they are NASTY !!!! My doctor is STRICT on the amounts that I eat and you should see the stages you have to go thru before you can eat red meat! I think that since the only thing he got me for was the calorie intake (not getting enough) that I am doing good!
