Officially 4 months for me today!!

I am officially at my 4 month mark. Been on a 3 week plateau but it seems to be moving. We'll see. I have seen the same 2-3 lbs come on go off and come back in the past 3 weeks. As I mentioned before, I was at this weight for MANY MANY years and I heard you often plateau at old weights. I am so thankful that I have lost 75-78lbs in the past 4 months. It has been amazing. Happy Anniversary to you and thanks for remembering me. Someone asked us last night if it was worth it. It was a no brainer for me. Yes it was. But, I was a little shocked when my DH said no. He said that he is still worried about not only the last four months of barfing, but what is to come next. he says that most important is that I am happy. But, he still worries. Anyway, it has been a good four months (for the most part). Let's hope the next four are even better. Hat

Congratulations Tara and all the other 4 monthers!! I'm plateauing again too. Seems like it's two weeks the same, then losing a few pounds, then it stops again. Oh well, I know it will eventually come off!! Hugs, Nancy -74
