Hello everyone, This is my first message here at the forum. I am 4 months post op and 94 pounds lighter....but mostly I have a new attitude! The early months following surgery were filled with mixed emotions and some discomfort. I look back now...and I think I really wanted to see if my weight loss was real or would I awaken once again as fat and miserable as before. Well, I've learned a thing or two since then and I really think this will stick! I feel great, have energy to spare and medication Free! No more Diabetes, Asthma or Arthritus and I am only 1/2 way to goal! I am thankful for this second chance and am convinced that my newly emerging lifestyle will last! My statement to all us losers is to keep trying to find your own weightloss path. We were given a tool and its up to us on how we use it! Remember the 4 H's: Hope, Health, Happiness and Have a Hell of a Good Time!
