L~Sloppy joe/cracker kit
D~3oz (or so) cube steak, 1/2 c mashed potatoes with milk gravy, three or four tablespoons of creamed corn (dinner counts may be a bit higher...I didn't measure everything)
S~Made a bowl of oatmeal, but only ended up eating a few bites because I got distracted.

Exercise: 45 minutes on treadmill, weight lifting machines

B: 1 container Carb Countdown yogurt w/ 1/2 scoop Isopure 0 carb protein powder
L: 8 TJ's Soy Crisps with 1 T Pub Cheese and 1 T Peanut Butter
D: Turkey Meatloaf and 2 T of small pasta shells
S: Endulge Choc Creme wafer bar
Also had 1/2 scoop Unjury in lemonade
Totals: 612 calories, 26 carbs, 70 protein - got to get that protein up!
Also had 64 oz. water
