FOOD and EXERCISE weekend
Had a rough food weekend. Yesterday, I overdid it big time, and ended up puking. Today, I really didn't eat very much at all. Go figure. I didn't post any food on Friday or Saturday because I was pretty busy, and really don't feel like going back and making posts for them.
Friday I ate decently and got my exercise in.

I guess I did ok over the weekend, but didn't get in enough protein - I usually get in at least 75-85, but the last three days I didn't. I've been trying to cut out some of the protein supplements and get more protein from eating food, but guess it's not time yet.
Friday: 642 calories, 61 protein
Saturday: 776 calories, 66 protein
Sunday: 780 calories, 61 protein
Gonna start back on my shakes this morning.
