This is a post that I do every single Sunday on the main board. It usually gets lots of replies. I thought that since I am a July '04 baby, that I might post it here too on Sundays... if that's OK with the other July's!

Today is the weekly Sunday weigh-in. Weigh yourself now, and let us know how much weight you lost this week, and/or how much weight you have lost so far in your journey!
This week, I stayed the same. I didn't exercise this week - I had a very hectic schedule, and I only swam one time last week, and even then, I only got in 30 minutes. This week, back to the usual 4-5 days! So I have lost a total of 78.5 pounds since July 14, 2004.

I'm down 6 lbs. this week and as a member of the slow loser's club, I'm thrilled. I've finally made it to 60 lbs. Water loading works! Also, I've upped my exercise this week -- at least 20-40 minutes walking daily and lifting weights 2 times per week. Calories between 600-800. Go figure... what the doctor ordered actually works!!!

I finally broke that plateau and I'm down 4 lbs. this week!!!
I exercised this week, but not as much as usual - the weather has gotten in my way a bit and also had a couple of days that I wasn't feeling well and I was lucky to make it through the workday. Hopefully I'll be better with the exercise this week.
Day of surgery: 277 lbs.
Today: 203 lbs. - 4 more lbs. until I'm in the Onderfuls!!!
