I thought about jerky meat also but then figured it would have too much salt (high blood pressure problems) and the sugar would be bad too. Doesn't it have the listing of nutrients on package of turkey jerky from Walmart ? I'd like to try it too! I have a problem with chicken and turkey and have puked it up becuz its dry! Thanks for the info that jerky does work ok. Real sorry to hear about your stricture, Hat, hope things get better for ya real soon !!!

I have a package of the Jack Links Turkey Jerkey right here. For a one ounce serving: 80 calories 5 calories from fat Total fat: 0.5g Sat Fat: 0g Cholesterol:20mg Sodium: 700mg Total Carbs: 3g Dietary Fiber 0g Sugar: 3g Protein: 15g I've tried many different brands of beef and turkey jerkey, and find most to be too sweet tasting to me. I just love the flavor of the Jack Links brand. irene
