B: Carb Coundown yogurt smoothie with Isopure protein powder;
L: 1 T tuna - pouchie didn't like it, so threw the rest away! Had 1/2 container of CC yogurt with 1/2 scoop Unjury and 1 thin slice of turkey pastrami
S: TJ's soy crisps with cheddar horseradish spread
D: Turkey meatloaf, 1/2 CC yogurt
S: Hershey's 1 carb choc soy bar (yum!)
Totals: 740 calories / 90 protein
Got in 67 oz of fluids!!

Exercise - nada...it was a beautiful day, but I had to run to the store on my lunch and had a dental appointment after work, so will definitely have to get a good walk or two in today.
