B~1oz string cheese, 1oz thin ham...you'd think I'd be sick of this by now!
L~1/4 cup tuna salad, 2 slices low-carb wheat bread, two tablespoons of cottage cheese
D~1/2 of a Bandana's BBQ sandwich (pork/beef/sauce), 1/4 cup baked beans, 1 ear of corn on the cob (with butter, shared with daughter)
Calories: 745
Protein: 57
Exercise: weight lifting machines, 45 minutes treadmill
I'd say this was an EXCELLENT day for me! I'm hoping to keep up the trend and see how the scale moves.

B: Carb Countdown yogurt smoothie w/ Isopure 0 carb protein powder
(You'd think I'd be sick of this by now too!! ) 1/2 Carb Well Cereal bar

S: TJ's Soy Crisps with cheddar / horseradish spread
D: 2 TJ's turkey meatballs, a bit of Ragu and 1 stick of string cheese melted on it
S: 1/2 Endulge choc creme wafer
Totals: 844 calories, 91 protein
