well i had my surgery on july 7 2004 and now i am pregnant with my third kid i just found out .i am scared and really sad right now.i was wondering if any one knows how much we need to eat when we ae pregnant.

Get thee to the surgeon and an OB who is well versed on GBS patients! Also, check out the pregnancy message board, I'm sure they'll have lots more information than we might... Congratulations, a child is a wonderful, wonderful blessing--no matter the timing! Best Wishes! MM

Hi June, I agree with Mia, find an OBGYN who is skilled in working with clients who have had Weight Loss Surgery. You definitely want to look at teh pregnacy board. You are not the first and I am sure you wont be the last. Dont' be so hard on yourself, if I am being honest, I had a scare myself. Thank goodness it was only a scare, but I said this to say, anyone one of us who are able to have children could be in your situation. Take care and keep us updated on how you are doing. ~Shelly
