Wow! Everyone is doing so great! And I am SO GLAD I had this surgery! Down 4# this week for a total of 55 lbs. Plus...I made it to the ONEDERFULS this week! Woohoo! Gail D. 252/197/?

No weight loss for me this week. But auntie flo was here and usually I gain 5-6 pounds that week.....but not this time! Guess going to the gym and working out made a difference. So I may not have lost any.....but I didn't GAIN either ~Tanja -107 pounds

I had surgery on July16,2004 and I weighed myself last Wednesday and I had lost 66lbs. My problem is that I don't time to do a lot of excersise during the wek because I'm in school full-time and work full-time. But, I think that I make up for it on the weekends with the home remodeling and fifteen minutes of excersise that I do. I feel great and try to stay away from the NONOs. I get the cravings and give in sometimes ,but when I look in the mirror and see how far I've come I forget about food. Hope eveyoe is doing well and let's continue to be great big losers! 293, loss of 59

Hi July Babies, Today I weighed 294, so thats a loss of 3lbs this week. Total loss of 76lbs. and today is my 4 month anniversary. I've had a crummy weekend though. I havent eaten very much because everything I try is making my poucy feel rotten. Saturday I was at the mall, and I got so sick we had to leave. I see my surgeon Tuesday afternoon, so I'll be anxious to speak with him.

Well, folks, it's been quite a week. I lost 3 pounds but probzbly would have been more but I've eaten out almost every meal. My dad is in his last days at the Christopher House in Austin (hospice). I did come home to sleep vs. my sister's house so I got to weigh in. I've lost 64 lbs. and down to size 18/20 depending on the clothes. There's not too much opportunity for walking either so I'm kinda in a bad situation. That's ok because my dad needs me and the other can wait. The waiting is pretty hard but we're hanging in there. Take some time to let your family know you love them. Time is so short. Everyone is doing so well. Congratulation to you all. Love, Bunny

Man, I had a rough week. I was down to 195 (-62) on 11/4 and then nothing for a few days, then got my first period since surgery and went back to 197. It stopped today and I'm back to 195 today! I'm sure in the next couple days a couple more will come off just from stopping this horrible period. The bloating was out of control! TMI sorry. Anyway, 257/195/150 -62 Deejay

i had surgery on july 9th i weighed in this morning at 159 total weight loss of 73 lbs since surgery i went to the local good will store that had a 99 cents sale on all pink tag items i bought 4 pairs of jeans all different sizes including a junior size 5 a 9 and a 6 and a 28 waist wooooo hoooooo i love this surgery god bless to all on this july board for keeping me sane throughout this journey Stacy 232/159/132
