Not too shabby a day for me. A little high on the calories, but under the 1000 that my dietician limits me to. B~2 slices white bread, 4 slices Oscar Mayer microwaveable bacon (you know, the small pieces for like 20 calories each), 1tbs jelly L~5 saltines, 1/3 cup tuna salad D~3 meatballs (1oz each), and probably about 1/4 cup of spaghetti with sauce, 1 slice garlic bread (white bread) S~1oz provolone cheese Calories: 962 Protein: 64 Exercise: weight lifting, 45 minutes treadmill Pamela still stuck at -57

I didnt do too badly today-- I just got home from a 3 mile walk..we finished in record time and I broke a sweat in this cold weather B- 1 hard boiled egg 6 g protein S-Protein drink 30g protein L-3oz of grilled chicken over salad 18g of protein S-Momentum bar 12g D-perdue low fat chicken w/salsa and lite sour cream 14 g protein Total-80g of protein!! I am already have 58 oz of water in too! A good day I would say! Joanie down 63 lbs!

Had a pretty good day yesterday, and (finally) lost another pound this morning. B: Protein drink L: 3 T Friendship 1% cottage cheese, Carb Countdown yogurt, 1/2 container S: , 1/2 scoop Unjury in lemonade, lightly salted cashews D: 1 egg omelet with 1/4 c shredded cheddar S: 1/4 Endulge chocolate bar Totals: 698 calories, 18 carbs, 76 protein *********************************** Exercise: Walked 1 mile outside, but it was SOOOOOO windy and cold, so I moved inside to the gym at work and did another mile on the treadmill. Wow...first time to this page and I love the daily diary. OK...here goes... 11/8/04 Exercise: walked 30 minutes B~Advent Edge French Vanilla protein drink 15gr protein S~1/4 peanuts 7 gr protein L~Healthy Choice Chicken Cardoba (only ate about 4 bites) S~1/4 cup peanuts 7 gr protein D~1 slice of the beef off an Arby's Beef'nCheddar 1 slice of Colby cheese 1 TBSP cottage cheese Having trouble getting an appetite and actually eating anything. My 3 month labs all came back normal so I am not worried. I just remind myself to eat each day....one day at a timeeeeeeee. 296/235/140 -61 pounds in 14 weeks
