FOOD and EXERCISE 11/5
SOOOO much better!
B~1/3 cup of tuna salad, 2 slices low-carb bread
L~Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese (off of salad bar, about 1/4 cup or so), the toppings off of a couple of pieces of pizza (mostly cheese and veggies, and very little of even that!)
D~2oz grilled chicken, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes with gravy, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, and some boiled baby carrots (yes, I was full, but the carrots mushed down to nothing, and the mashed potaotes drain pretty quickly)
Calories: 864
Protein: 62
Exercise: weight lifting machines, 45 minutes on treadmill
I don't know how accurate these numbers are, as I overestimated on some of the stuff I ate because fitday's calorie count seemed too low.
