Weight loss tracking programs
The only thing I remember about Curves is weighing & measurements once a month.
I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for but FITDAY.com captures food intake. You put in everything you eat; it has nutritional values for most foods & you can customize (add nutritional values) for anything that's not in it. You can then create reports to see if you're getting your nutrients.
It also tracks weight...can't remember if there's an area for measurements. but it's a good tool. Hope you find it useful.
