calorie intake
I'm sure this question has been asked and answered many times, but I'm going to ask again anyway. How many calories should I be taking in daily? I haven't been tracking my calories until recently, but in preparing for an appointment with the nutristionist I have started counting and it seems to be high, but I really don't know at this stage how many I should be getting. I'm losing weight weekly and the surgeon has been very pleased with my progress.
I'd like to hear from anyone who counts calories or who's surgeon has given a recommendation.
Thanks

I was told to stay under 1000 calories by my nutritionist. I'm beginning to find that the scale doesn't seem to move much when I am over 900 or so. A friend of mine said her dietician limits calories to 800, while some "famous" post-ops (who have posted a lot in the past) were told they needed to get in between 1000 and 1200. It's so CONFUSING!
I am going to try staying around 800 for a while and see what happens, as the scale has been a bit of an enemy to me the past couple of weeks.
