Ahhh...so much better today! I am actually writing this in anticipation of sticking to what I have planned. Hopefully by doing this, it will force me to follow through with it!
B~1oz ham, 1oz provolone cheese
L~1/2 LARGE baked potato with cheese (mozzrella and cheddar) and sour cream (leftovers from yesterday...I was also planning to eat chicken, but it magically disappeared...I think my daughter threw it out), 1oz light string cheese
D~Smart Ones Honey-Dijon Chicken

Exercise: weight lifting machines, 45 minutes treadmill

B: Carb Countdown smoothie with Isopure 0 carb powder
L: String cheese with a bit of spaghetti sauce for dipping; 2 petitie snack pickles
S: Carb Countdown yogurt - 1/2 container w/ 1/2 scoop of Unjury
D: Turkey Meatloaf and one slice of Food for Life Savory Herb bread
S: 1 Post Carb Well Cereal bar
Totals: 657 calories, 22 fat, 20 carb, 87 protein I also got in 52 oz. of fluids....that's a new high!!
