B-12 SHOTS

Anyone tried B-12 shots?

Yup. Once a month, hubby and I do shots together. We do them at home. He shoots me and I shoot him. He gets his shot in the arm, and I get mine in the rear--ha ha, hubby is my pain in the rear! I like this much better than taking sub-lingual pills. We are actually doing shots tonight! Doc wrote script, and I got the stuff at our pharmacy--needles and all. Not expensive, and seems to last forever. Diana

Needles are one of my biggest fears, but I chose to do the shot once a month. It is so much easier than trying to remember to take 1 or 2 pills a day & the only sublingual that I found are cherry flavored & I don't like cherry flavored anything. I could never give them to myself though, luckily for me, my mom is a nurse! Julie

I do them once a month, being a nursing student, my classmates love the practice giving them to me, they don't leave a bruise and its much better than taking pills =)
