FOOD and EXERCISE 10/26

B~1oz light string cheese, 1oz deli ham L~1/4 cup tuna, 2 slices wheat bread D~Chicken Quesadilla (2 Low-carb tortillas, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar, 1oz chicken, roasted peppers, scallions) S~1oz string cheese, 1oz cheddar cheese cubes Calories:890 Protein: 81 Exercise: NONE, unless you count chasing a bunch of kids at the pumpkin patch. The tortillas had 6g of protein each, but were 100 calories. I overdid it with the cheese today, but it's a good source of protein and calcium. For the record, I have not actually eaten my dinner yet. This is the meal that I have prepared, but I don't know if I will ACTUALLY eat every last bite (but I'm doing this early while I'm thinking about it). Pamela -55

B:Isopure Grape Frost Protien Drink 40grams protien water L:4 bites of egg salad with FF mayo 6 grams protien S:Yoplait Ultra Strawberry Creme Yogurt 9grams protien Water D: I made chicken tacos, I had 2 bites of chicken, it got stuck, so i made myself throw it up. Ouchie pouchy. Im trying to get some more water in before bed. I got all my vitamins in today. I would of had more protien in if the darn chicken would have stayed down :o(

Okay yesterday's meals. Breakfast: 2 ounces Grape Nuts with 1 ounce Carb Countdown Milk Lunch: Tuna Salad.. 1/2 slice of bread Dinner: Turkey Meatballs with pasta I did not do well with my water at all!!!!!! They were painting in my office at work and the fumes just made me feel blah and didnt want to drink anything.

B: Carb Countdown yogurt smoothie w/ Isopure 0 carb powder (3/4 scoop) L: Diet Coke Chicken (chicken cooked in a diet cola/ketchup sauce) - hoped to have 2 oz, but it got stuck and only had about 1 oz. S: 3 grapes, no skin; 1 scoop Unjury mixed in with Fruit Refreshers lemonade D: Eggplant Rollatini - 1/2 serving (1.5 rolls), GNC liquid protein S: 4 Glenny's Soy Crisps; 1/2 scoop Unjury in lemonade Totals: 665 calories, 24 fat, 29 carb, 83 protein ******************************* Walked a total of 3.8 miles (1 walk of 1.7; another walk of 2.1) Hugs, Nancy -63

B - Peanut Butter Low Carb Protein Bar L - 1/4 c. chicken 1/4 c. cottage cheese D - 2 oz. lf cheese and 1 oz. ham on 2 sesame melba crackers Snack - 1 oz. lf cheese on 2 sesame melba crackers (love those sesame melba crackers!)
