B~1/2 cup cottage cheese
L~1/4 cup tuna salad, 2 slices of low-carb/low-cal wheat bread
D~Chef Salad (I mostly ate the chicken and cheddar cheese, some croutons and veggies, very little lettuce)
S~1/2 of a cookie (1/4 cookie two different times)

Protein: 66
Exercise: 45 minutes treadmill, weight lifting 2 sets of 10 reps
Breakfast: 2 ounces Grape Nuts, with 1 ounce Carb Countdown Milk
Lunch: 3 ounces Turkey Meatloaf, 1 ounce Carb Clever Pears
Dinner: 3 ounces Chicken Breast 1 tablespoon Mashed Potatoes
Before Bed: 1 Unjury Protein Shake made with Carb Countdown.
Not doing so good on the water today.
Exercise: None, injured my knee and told not to workout for two weeks.

it seems MY PLATEAU HAS BROKEN!!!
I am down 2 more pounds this morning!! Finally!!

Here's what I ate yesterday. There was a party at work, and I ate some eggplant rollatini. It was so good and went down so well!! I also had some for dinner when I got home - YUM!!
B: Carb Countdown yogurt smoothie w/ Isopure 0 carb protein powder; 1/2 container of Carb Countdown yogurt with 1/2 scoop if Any Whey powder
L: Eggplant Rollatini - 1 roll; 1/2 scoop of Unjury in lemonade
D: Eggplant Rollatine - 1 roll; 2T GNC Liquid Protein
Totals: 598 cal, 22 fat, 27 carb, 74 protein
