FOOD and EXERCISE for 10/21
I figure I'll put the date for each day we want to list our food and exercise, since it might get confusing if I say "yesterday."
B-1oz light string cheese
L-1 slice bread, 1/3 cup tuna
D-2 or 3oz chicken, 1/2c mashed potatoes, a couple of tablespoons of cottage cheese (overdid it at dinner, can't you tell? I was miserable!)
NO SNACKS
Exercise: 45 minutes on the treadmill
This is a wonderful idea! It is nice also to see other peoples menus!
B- Carb Complete Protein Bar with 19grams protein
L- Worked through had 2 string cheeses 14grams protein
D-Worked through it too this time at home getting ready for a Pumpkin
Party on Saturday. Ate on the go! Cheese and deli meat 20 grams
protein.
Exercise-Day off- Worked toooooo much!
Water- Right at 48oz! BAD BAD I know!

B: 4 oz. Carb Countdown yogurt smoothie w/ 1/2 scoop Isopure 0 carb protein powder = 17g protein
L: 1/2 hard boiled egg, 1 stick of string cheese = 11g protein
S: 1/2 scoop of unflavored Unjury = 10g protein
D: 1/2 c. vegetarian beans, 1 Oscar Meyer FF hot dog = 12g protein
S: (Let me say that I had no idea how many calories were in peanut butter!! I had about 2 tablespoons of reduced fat PB and was appalled when I submitted it on fitday.com and saw how many calories, fat and carbs were in it!!) 2 T PB on Roberts soy crisps - 23g protein

Exercise:
Walked 1.5 in the morning and 2.8 in the evening for a total of 4.3 miles.

B - CarbWell Peanut Butter Protein Bar
L - 1/4 c. grilled chicken - 1/4 c. cottage cheese
Snack - Myoplex Carmel Cafe' Protein Drink
D - 2 oz. grilled Talapia and 1/4 c. brocolli (from Applebees)
Snack - 1 oz. lf cheese on 2 sesame melba crackers (yum!)
Exercise: None! Went to dinner with a friend.
Water: 64 oz.
I think I out ate everybody today.
B: Protein drink, (free sample of Crystal Sky)
L: About 2 ounce salmon cake, tbsp. slaw, tbsp. greens and 1/2 a boiled egg.
D: probably have the other half of the lunch I bought, salmon, greens etc.
Snack, usually have another protein drink before bed, or skim milk.
This is a great idea, gives me a better idea what people really are eating. THanks, jennifer j
