What did you do for EXERCISE today?

Same thing with this post as for the food post... For exercise, I walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes. I varied the speed between 2.5 and 2.9, with most of my time being at 2.8. 15 minutes of my time was at an incline of 2.0%. Pamela -52

If we're doing this for Wednesday, 10/20, I walked 1.3 miles. Couldn't walk in the evening because it rained. If we're doing this for Thursday, 10/21, I have already walked 1.5 miles and hope to walk another 2 miles this evening. Hugs, Nancy -61

No exercise for me today, I hurt my ankle the other day and I don't want to injure it, but I've been getting up from my desk and walking a every hour

I did my weight lifting and my back exercises. I also worked out in the yard, hauling stuff out of the garden pond, trimming bushes, pulling out the dead flowers and hauling wheelbarrows full of the trimmings to the compost heap. Then I came in, put the tv on and watched "Mike and the Mad Dog" about the Red Sox on YES. GO SOX!

I don't seem to have the time to walk on the treadmill so.... I walk on my breaks at work. I have three breaks and walk a total of 10 mins per break so I did 30 mins today at work.

I walked 2.5 miles last night...and three miles tonight! The scale moved today..I am down 56 lbs!! 200 lbs even...cannot wait until I am in the 100s! Joanie
