Ok...I'll make this post daily so that we can all write about our food intake for the day. Maybe it will help us all, because it forces us to admit our mistakes and accomplishments. I'll have to post later...I've only had breakfast. Pamela -52

OK great! Here goes for yesterday (Wednesday, 10/20): B: 4 oz. Carb Countdown Yogurt smoothie w/ 1/2 scoop Isopure Banana Pineapple 0 carb powder = 93 cal, 1 fat, 2 carb, 17 protein and the dreaded vitamins L: 1/2 half hard boiled egg, 1 light string cheese = 119 cal, 3 fat, 0 carb, 11 protein Snack: 1/4 Atkins Smores Protein bar, 1/2 scoop Unjury unflavored protein (mixed in Fruit Refreshers) = 95 cal, 3 fat, 7 carbs, 14 protein D: 1 oz Philly Beef Steak with one slice American cheese (started out with 3 oz, but got stuck - couldn't get any more than an ounce down) 96 cal, 6 fat, 2 carb, 7 protein / Liquid Protein: 3T = 90 cal, 0 fat, 5 carb, 18 protein Snack: Jello FF/SF White Chocolate pudding (YUM!!) - 37 cal, 0 fat, 7 carbs, 2 protein. Totals: 530 calories, 18 fat, 23 carb, 71 protein. I also had about 48 oz of water/Fruit Refreshers. Hugs, Nancy -61

Great idea Pam. I will try to commit daily. Sometimes I am too busy to even surf the pages of obesityhelp. breakfast - 1 apple (with skin because they go down easy for me) 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter. Lunch 1/2 cup Maryland Clam Chowder and 1/4 slice of beer bread Dinner - 1/2 cup Wendy's Chili - I have a gastric bypass support group meeting tonight and I plan on stopping by Wendy's for a small chili with cheese. Before bed, I will have 20 oz crystal light with unflavored unjury. No workout for me tonight because of the support group meeting.

I had my power breakfast : egg beaters equal to one egg 6 proteins 1 slice fat free swiss cheese 7 proteins 1 oz fat free american cheese 7 proteins (made into a cheese omette) 1/2 low carb bagel (my weakness I love bagels) about 7 carbs and 1 protein Sara Lee makes this low carb bagel (whole wheat) on my first break at work I had a string cheese while walking 7 proteins my lunch at work did not work out very well my husband tried to mix protein power into a stew like soup and it was awful I couldn't eat it so ended up eating sf jellow cup and low carb wasa bread ( helps satisfy my cravings for bread and crackers) (I walked for 10 mins after eating- outside) my last break I had another string cheese 7 proteins for supper my husband made lasagne He made it with whole wheat noodles ground buffalo and fat free cheese (low carb and sugar tomato sauce).. since it was homemade I'm not sure how many carbs or proteins I had but about 1/2 to 3/4 cup serving. since I wasn't sure how many proteins I had for the day I ate a protein bar for dessert it has 15 proteins and a little high in carbs 20 I don't think this was very good as far as carbs are conserned but probably guessing on how much meat in the lasagne about 70 or more proteins. I get sick on protein drinks so have to eat my proteins.
