Stricture

I had surgery on July 9th and have lost 60 lbs. I had experienced frothing and nausea since week 4 but for the last two weeks had a lot of pain and throwing up almost every time I ate something. I went for x-rays which came back normal and then an endoscopy study done which showed a pyloric stricture. It was taken care of immediately and I can't believe how good I feel and can actually take my vitamins without having to break them in half! What a difference.

Im VERY concerned that this is my issue...I had surgery July 29th and have had probs ever since. I cant eat anything thats thicker than babyfood. I got so sick off of an atkins With this stshake I couldnt even keep down WATER for about 6 hours. ricture was it completly closed up or is it possible that if I had one, thin things could go through?? What is frothing? I certainly have the nausea. I dont have my upper GI until the 19th!! Im a little sick of puking at LEAST 90% of what I eat. I havent puked in 2 days!! Oh wait...thats because I havent EATEN anything. Im too scared. Anyway, I am glad you feel better! thanks for letting me vent a bit hahah Hollie
